This Privacy Policy explains how Roomly collects, uses and protects information when you use our meeting room booking platform. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
We collect account information (name, email), workspace and room configuration, booking details, and usage analytics needed to operate the service.
To provide booking functionality, sync calendars you connect, process payments through your connected provider, send transactional emails, and improve the product.
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from account settings. Deleting your account removes personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
